By accessing or using Digital Akshaya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Digital Akshaya offers online access to various services provided by Akshaya Centres, including but not limited to:

  • Online application for government certificates (e.g., birth, death, marriage)

  • Utility bill payments

  • Document verification services

  • Online filing of government forms

All services are subject to availability and may change over time based on government regulations.

3. User Eligibility

To use the Digital Akshaya platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Be a resident of Kerala.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and application process.

Digital Akshaya reserves the right to deny or revoke access if the provided information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. Registration & Account Security

When registering on Digital Akshaya, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

  • All activities conducted under your account.

  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

5. Service Charge & Convenience Fee

By using Digital Akshaya, you agree to pay a service charge and a convenience fee applicable to the services rendered. These charges cover the operational costs of processing your applications and facilitating online access to Akshaya services. The exact amount will be displayed before finalizing your request, and both fees are non-refundable.

6. Payments

All payments for services must be made in advance, following document verification. Failure to complete the payment process will result in the suspension or cancellation of your service request. Digital Akshaya does not offer refunds after the payment has been processed, except in cases of error or service unavailability.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Digital Akshaya, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the Digital Akshaya platform is available 24/7. However, there may be periods when the website or certain services are unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or government-related factors. We are not liable for any interruptions in service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Akshaya is a facilitator of Akshaya services and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data submitted by users. We do not guarantee that all applications will be accepted by relevant authorities or that services will be rendered error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Akshaya and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Digital Akshaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate any of these terms or engage in unauthorized use of the services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies your consent to the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
